This 1:48 scale painted miniature wood house comes in two styles, Park Slope and West village, and is made from various types of veneer plywoods. Park slope measures 8.75" tall by 4.25" wide by 6" depth. West Village measures 8.75" tall by 4.75" wide by 6" depth. *Please refer to listing images to see variations in the 2 styles.
An L.E.D. light can be added or an L.E.D. light strip can be strung through the base to light up the windows, please note L.E.D. is not included.
