Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your beepart home purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can find the best solution for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items that have been installed or used

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you with next steps.

Refunds

If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
